Email your organisation profile and space needs to info@eaccon.com.
Confirmation
The secretariat confirms availability, allocates your stand and sends the exhibitor pack with set-up times and branding specs.
Set up and exhibit
Set-up on the afternoon of 11 October; the zone is open throughout both conference days.
Good to know
Deadline
Stands are allocated in order of confirmed applications; space is limited.
Shipping materials
The secretariat can advise on customs and delivery for exhibition materials arriving from abroad.
Sponsor and exhibit
Gold and Platinum sponsorship packages include exhibition space.
