From enquiry to activation

Send the form or email info@eaccon.com with your organisation and the tier or opportunity you have in mind.
Proposal
The secretariat sends the prospectus and a tailored proposal, including any bespoke opportunities.
Agreement and activation
Sign, share your brand assets, and the team activates your visibility across the venue, programme and channels.
Deadline for full visibility: brand assets received by 25 September 2026 appear in all printed materials. Later sponsors receive digital and on-site visibility.
