Welcome coffee, lunches and breaks served on site on both days; the networking reception on the evening of 12 October.

Arrival on the day
Come with the conference transport
Shuttles from partner hotels run to the venue each morning; private vehicles need prior clearance at the hotel gate.
Gate screening
Security screening at the hotel entrance. Have your conference badge and passport or national ID ready; allow 20 minutes.
Badge desk and welcome coffee
Badges not collected at your hotel are issued at the welcome desk from 08:00. Sessions begin at 09:00.
Large bags and equipment cases are subject to screening; media crews should register equipment with the media desk in advance.
