Author Guidelines

To submit a paper to EACON2025, please adhere to the following guidelines:

    1. Originality: Ensure that your paper is original and has not been previously published or under review elsewhere.
    2. Submission Deadline: Make sure to submit your paper before deadline, papers submitted via a different channel or after the deadline will not be considered for review.
    3. Submission Template: papers should follow the specified conference template and formatting guidelines, which are available for download on the Downloads section.
    4. Submission: All paper submissions should be made through the Microsoft Conference Management System Toolkit (CMT). The submission CMT can be accessed the link provided under the paper submission section on conference website.
    5. Email: Authors and co-authors should expect to receive an email from the conference Editorial Board notifying them of the approval or rejection of their submitted abstracts.
    6. Anonymity: To ensure a fair review process, do not include your names and affiliations in the body of the paper. Maintain anonymity throughout the document.
    7. Author Information: Include your names and affiliations in the submission email. This information will be used for identification purposes and correspondence.
    8. Double-Blind Review: EACON2025 will employ a double-blind review process, meaning that the reviewers will not know the identities of the authors, and vice versa.
